OP Teknik Automation
OP Teknik develops and manufactures automated recycling robots and industrial automation projects. With several years of experience, we can say with good conscience that we know industrial automation and robotics and what it takes for a successful project. OP has more than 30 years’ experience in waste handling and recycling. For us, it is obvious to work with the latest technology and deliver solutions that adds value to our customers.
At the recycling gala in Sweden 2019, we received the award as “Innovator of the year” for our sorting robot SELMA. OP Teknik is part of the OP Group.
With the unique robot sorting system SELMA, OP Teknik has developed a fully automated sorting machine for construction and industrial waste. The system handles most types of materials and will efficiently help customers sort their waste streams and increase the material recovery rate significantly
Visionsystem
Med hjälp av Visionteknik kan man öka såväl produktivitet som produktkvalitet för att i slutändan nå en bättre ekonomi. Visionsystem kan till exempel lösa monotona arbetsuppgifter men även användas för olika typer av sortering.
Som systemintegratör av Visionsystem erbjuder vi kostnadseffektiva helhetslösningar där ett Visionsystem kan användas för att exempelvis lokalisera detaljer och därefter hantera dem med en robot.
Med ett Visionsystem ges möjlighet att automatisera ett flertal kritiska delar i en produktionskedja. Vi använder oss av såväl traditionell Visionteknik som det senaste inom Deep Learning / AI.
Eftersom våra kunder har olika krav och erfarenheter så samarbetar OP Teknik med flera olika leverantörer av Visionsystem.
OP teknik har dessutom ett egenutvecklat Visionsystem med AI där systemet kan tränas till att känna igen olika typer av objekt som skall plockas eller sorteras.
